Message: Very Basically.. It's a jack that goes straight up. Lifts things very high and is very strong. But quite tipsy.
It can do the same as a winch but not as strong or as fast... It's a poor mans winch. Yes it's easy to use.

Message: There are a TON of uses for a Hi-Lift jack. Ever been sucked into some ruts and gotten stuck? Well, with a Hi-Lift, you can jack your rig up & simply push the jack over. It is a relatively easy way to get out of the ruts & back on the road.
