31x12.5's will fit on 15x10 rim and look great IMO... giving you a wide-stance look. Be warned that a 12.5" wide tire on factory rims WILL give you frame rub at full turn lock. And you will probably have fender rubbing as well. You can solve the frame rubbing by going to a rim with less than 4" of backspacing. Fender rub is harder to solve... either a lift or trim the inside fenders to remove the rub.

if the 12.50's fit on the 99, would they fit on a 95, 4x4? i wasnt sure if there was any difference in the amount of space in the wheelwells or not.

I can't say, Mudslinger. Your 95 is a genII Dak... In 97 the Dak was redesigned and I haven't looked at a genII closely enough.
