The bumper is not a cheap item. But Quality is not cheap. My bumper was extra custom due to the color. It is powder coated but if you do not stay with the standard black or white it is more.
This actually has a texture to it and was clear coated and primed for more protection.
Wayne pretty much sticks to the prices he has on his page. So addup what you want plus the powder coating or whatever you choose and there you go. My total was over 2K for everything. You see the final product. In my opinion Worth every penny! Sure would have helped the day I was alone and got stuck! But never again, I hope!
