I saw it too. I'm a little worried about a "used" lift kit. Also worried about a "modified" lift kit. Since my truck is a 98 I need an unmodified one anyway. For $100 it ain't bad. Maybe knobby could buy it and piece together his truck!

Rear is just about done I just have some light grinding work to get the old studs out and put on my new hangers.
Front... Man.. I don't know what it's going to take.

By the way Ian, quit posting here trying to save face! Only way you can rectify this is to make things right with Knobby's truck. You come on here talking all this crap about how you don't take being cussed at and how the installer wasn't gonna take being threatened. I've got news for you, you best be glad your nose is still straight!! If that idiot of an installer you hired had cut the wrong stuff off of my $30,000 truck a threat would have been the least of his worries. actualy he paid for a lift and got a free install, just to clearify from what i have read.
still does not excuse the whole thing, and aperantly this mike installer should not have been hired to do it if he didnt even know what he should and should not be cutting

Yep truck still sits as it is.
Towing is going to cost me $65.. Don't know how much the Installer that knows what he's doing will charge yet.. but I'm sure it's going to be well worth it to have a PRO install my lift. Hopefully they will work out a deal with me because they know I know what I'm talking about and what I can do for them to promote there name. We'll have to see what time brings us.
By the way for those intrested.. Remember how Ian said that my new parts were overnighted? Welp.. They should have shown up on my door step on monday or possibly Tuesday if they didn't get to UPS until late on Friday. Well anyway looks like they are here.. I'll go tear apart the box and measure everything while I'm waiting for B&B Towing to come get my truck.
