I have a 2001 dokota and i want to put solid axles under it and i would like to know if the bronco axles or dodge 1500 axles would be better, I have a 4.7 and I'm keeping everything else factory. What about the steering box, Have haven't read were anyone said anything about the steering box for the solid front-end, thanks

i used a box off a 1979 f-250. i would try to find a dana 44. what are your plans forlink or other?

I have a question i live in west virginia and my tires can not stick 2 inches past my fenders or i cant get it inspected now i have a dana 44 high pinion and a ford 9inch out of a 79 bronco how wide will these axles stick out? I am going to try to have no pff set on my wheels.and i have been told that my 2001 dodge dakota has a speed sensor in my 9 1/4 rear end and my speedo wont work when i switch my axles? thanks everyone
