Im thinking about getting lockers for the front and rear of my truck, hopefully ARB air lockers, to improve how far i can go offroad. Can you use a locker with an IFS setup?

Yes of course you can. ARB makes a setup for the rear, but I'm not sure about the front. As long as you can turn them on and off manually from the cab, you're definitely in control!

No one makes ANYTHING for the front of the newer trucks that have the 8.25 axle.. Hopefully ARB will make a air locker and we will all be very happy ;-).. me anyway

I last checked in January and no lockers or LSD's were available. A downside of the DAK is that the aftermarket is just not as broad as for many other other brands.

TSmith - There is a sticker on your front axle you can get under your truck & look at that.. or look at your window sticker when you bought your truck it should say on there also.

I have seen a listing for an ARB locker, but only for the 8 1/4" axle. I sent an e-mail to them about a month ago & asked about a 9 1/4" application & they stated that it was something that kept coming up in engineering meetings, but they didn't feel there was enough of a market to warrant developing & manufacturing them.
If you search the archives in the off-road forum, you'll find a post with contact information for ARB. Maybe with enough of us calling & writing they'll change their minds.
BTW, I just checked: http://www.ring-pinion.com/a-dodge.html and confirmed that there is something from ARB for the 8 1/4"....just not 100% sure it is an air locker.

I put in a Powertrax Lock-Right Locker in the rear of my 2000 Dak with a 9.25" dif. Works great. I want an OX locker for the front but would opt for an ARB if they made one.
