Message: Ooh. 323s are pretty high for pushing 33's in the mud. Would work ok on the street but not too well off-road. You could run them and play around in the mud for a while but getting stuck in the thick stuff will probably get old after a while. I'd recommend 373's or lower.

Message: OK, see I gotta a 2wd unfortunately. They make really good Low rider modles but its kinda hard to go up with them.
Big Dak, are you sure they are 2.92s? I have never heard of those on a Dak. Mine has the 3.21s and those are wimpy. I am seriously thinking about going to 3.91 or 4.10 gears. Hear they are much better. By the way, how much would this effect my MPG negitively? Thanks.

Message: If you do a bunch of highway driving skip the 410s. 391 would be about as low as you want to go. If it's always in the city or you wanna wheel your 2wd, 410s would be nice.

Message: I have leaned to the 3.91s also. I do about half and half city highway driving. I live about 35 miles from the near "big city" and its all HW to there. But then from there, its all city lights and traffic. Of course my college is on the other side of town too. But I feel 3.91s are good also.
YJ, do these gears effect long travel alot? Like gas milage and top speed. I am also a speed demon. Thanks for the help.

Message: Joe E.
You'll probably see a 1 mile/gallon drop with the 391s. Your top speed will drop a tiny bit but would be negligeable. 391s will lower your 0-60 time a bit as well.

Message: wildhawk,
What make/size are those tires and wheels on your ride? And are you running a lift at all? Do they rub?
They look like a tight fit, but they look great as well.

James, yes those are Am. Racing Nitros. Its what I have on my 1990 Dak. They are a very strong 1 piece wheel. I highly recomend them.
