 Subject: 15x8 Eagle 589's for sale

I have a set of (4) rims off my Dak that I no longer have. They are Eagle 589's. I only had them on for about 500 miles. They are in Excellent shape. No scratches or anything. Very nice. I will take $250 for the set. Or make me an offer. I live in Arizona, so figure in shipping.

Hey Airborne, I talk with UPS, and to ground ship each one, weight about 65, dimensions 32X32X11 and from Pheonix, not knowing where your at. Is about 40.00 a peice, if you drop off at ups. So let me know what you find out and I will give you the xtra if needed to get those out to me. Thanks

I'm not trying to call anyone a liar here, but I just thought I'd check. What year Dakota did you have these wheels mounted to? Because last time I checked (which I could be wrong) Eagle 589's didn't come in the 6-bolt, 4.5" pattern that the current Dakotas have -- which I believe has been the bolt-pattern the Dakota has used since '91 (or at least '97).

Hey speaking of our bolt patterns... It pisses me off! I'm lookin for some cheap steel rims I can use for my swampers so I can use the stock ones for performance tires. The problem is the freakin bolt pattern is impossible to find on cheap rims. closest i get is 6-5.5". From summit those rims are $37 bucks a piece and that's exactly what I'm lookin for. It's bogus.

Knobbyman...why you trying to bash me? If I'm going to argue, bring proof...what kind of crap is that? I was simply stating that I had not seen the wheel available in that bolt pattern. I was thinking that he had them mounted on a pre-91 Dakota and was attempting to save two people on a large shipping charge due to a misunderstanding.
Next time, before you go running your mouth around, try and ask yourself why someone would ask such questions. I guess the whole situation could have been avoided if idiots would specify a bolt pattern for the wheels (or at least a year of Dakota the wheels were mounted to.

Don't go jumping on other people just because you had to concern yourself with something out of your arena. If you look at the prior posts I had with the same title, you would have clearly seen what the wheels were from.

I guess I can see how you took that as 'me jumping to conclusions.' I should have started with a better line like "You're a liar, Eagle doesn't make those wheels." But that WOULD have been stupid of me, being that I didn't know whether or not Eagle did, in fact, make those wheels -- which I expressed pretty clearly in my first post.
And sorry, I don't have time to check every single post on these message boards just to see what type of truck you're driving. Like I said...I was only trying to save confusion.
As far as me involving myself in someone else's 'arena' ... I would just like to say that when you posted the topic on a public forum, you made it my arena.
