Best one to me personally is Rancho's 3 inch lift. Check 4 Wheel Parts site for prices. Should be around $1300 give or take.

tuff country makes a 5 1/2 in. lift for around the same price as the rancho lift

I put a lift on the same truck as you it seems. It's a rancho that I picked up in dallas and put on myself with the help of my father.
