Ok - just got off the phone with Chris at Road Armor. They are just finishing the Chevy Silverado bumper for the 15th of January...and after that is the Durango/Dakota Bumper. A quick run down will include:
Capable of 15,000 lbs winch - Option
D Ring Shackles - Standard
Off Road lights - Standard
Brush Guard - Option
No price yet, and these are just a quick run down of what he told me. I have a call back to him the end of January for some prototype designs for us to see.

Is there any projected pricing? What are we looking at for price on one of these sweet bumpers? I know it depends on what options you get, but I'm just looking for a price on a basic model and I'll go from there.

I need a new bumper. Wrecked mine on a mini-van, drivable but looks funny.
Anyone interested in putting together a group order for a Hanson winch bumper for Dakota/Durango. They are listing $700 for basic bumper. 4buy4.com is giving free shipping.
The Hanson weighs about 90 lbs. while the Road Armor Bumper shipping weight is 250 lbs.
Anybody want to pass on to me their old bumper when they get a new one? I'm in Salt Lake City, Utah; sorta on the way to Moab.
I have a white 98 Durango SLT and a thirsty 5.9 V8 with Edlebrock shocks (which I love) and procomps (noisey); I'll take any color bumper in good condition, I'll pay the freight.

Ive got a couple questions for you guys... HAWKEYE, what kind of light bar or whatever that is on the front of your dakota is that? I would love to know.
I'm 16 yrs old and I own a black 2001 Durango R/T w/ a 3" body lift and 33x12.50x16 Parnelli Jones Dirt Grip tires.
I also wanna know what kind of roof rack I could get to put a full sized spare up there. I want one that looks like the Surco (Safari I think) roof rack but Surco doesnt make one that fits a Durango.
I would consider selling my old bumper to Altadude if I got a response from this.

I just talked to road armor and they said Dec of this year for a bumper for the dak and it will be $1400 ish.
just thought I would update the thread.
