I just put more aggressive tires on my 05 Dakota SLT QC. The tires are so big they pulled my wheel well liner out. I've been riding without for a while now but plan on doing some trail driving and hate the sound of rocks bouncing around in my engine compartment. I need to modify some new wells but not sure what the best material to use is gonna be. Does anyone have any suggestions.

I got a suggestion for you, install a lift kit. simple as that!

I used diamond plate, it's flexable, easy to cut looks great. but yes, you do need to lift if your tires ripped out your wheel well covers.
