Message: I'm looking to replace the stock Goodyear wrangler RT/S tires on my 2000 CC SLT 4wd. Any suggestions on a good 31" snow/off-road tire that isn't too menacing on the highway? I've been looking at the Michelin LTH A/T or the Goodyear Wrangler AT/S. Anyone have experience with either?

Message: I used to have the Wrangler AT/S it's a AWSOME tire if you want both Highway and Light mud I didn't have a 4x4 at the time but I could keep up w/ the 4x4's w/ those tires. Rides like a champ on the road VERY little noise. I'm thinking about getting some more for my DAK but I might have to go w/ something abit more umm... Knobby ;-) TSL Boggers ... but it's all dreaming for me anyway. Yea the Wranglers Rock. OH!! forgot my Uncle has the Michelin's he's had them for about 2 years I'm guessing the rubber is starting to get hard though. Still work but not as sticky as they used to be on the road. Off road they've worked on our dear lease but we've also had to push that truck threw the mud... Let me tell you pushing a F-150 extended cab w/ a topper threw mud upto your knees is NOT FUN! But if your only doing light off roading those tires work also.. I personally like the Wranglers better.

Message: Pro Comp AT's are supposed to be great in the snow. Have a set on my wifes Durango and theyare great on the highway and off road. They also have a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty. Just another alternative.

Message: Hey Jeff,
I just picked a set of the bridgestone dueler a/t for my 5.2 4x4. They have a lot better grip than the stock goodyear rt/s. The stock were horrible when it was wet out. I only have about 200 miles on these and I like them a lot better than the rt/s. I haven't had a chance to test them off road yet. I paid 99.00 a piece for them. Had a big sale in town. Good luck,
Shawn

Message: I have the BF Goodrich A/T KO's 31x10.5" tires and I doubt I'll ever use any other tire! They wear good, not too much sound on the highway, and grip like mad in the dirt, mud, snow, etc. Excellent traction wherever/whenever I need it.

Message: I cast another vote for the Pro Comp A/T's. They are a sweet looking tire and they have a good warranty. havet tried them off road since I just got them last week. I cant wait to find out.
