Subject: 1997 4x4; which lift kit/tires fit me? IP: Logged
Message: My old club cab 'kota isn't pretty by any means,
but I am putting some money into getting that "old
beat up 4x4" look.
I did order a 3" body lift kit from amazon.com and
can't cancel the order, but it was only $200 so if
I am bound to working with that, then that's fine.
Have looked around at tires and suspension lift,
wondering if anyone could share their wisdom
and/or success stories with similar items I am
seeking on the old interwebs!
I have the stock 235/75 and stock suspension, both
are rather shot, which is why I'm looking at
giving her a bit more attitude when I replace
these parts. :)
Thanks!
-Andy
P.S The actual item name for the body lift I
ordered is; Performance Accessories 693 3" Body
Lift Kit Dodge Dakota 4wd 97-99 Sold by:
Amazon.com LLC
Is it quality parts or should I pay the shipping
to return it when it gets here? I can't cancel
it's already shipped! Thanks :)

Message: A body lift is fairly simple, they are just spacers if you have any questions when you start I'm sure there are plenty in here who can help, I have a 3" body lift and 4" suspension...give it a go for 200 bucks.
