Performance Accessories makes a 2" body lift. Trailmaster produced a 4" suspension lift. They no longer manufacture the kit to be stocked on shelves. I have heard they will put one together as a 'special order'. I would give 4wheelparts a call: 877-260-5452 http://www.4wheelparts.com/
Expect $300 for the body lift and $1,800+ for the suspension kit...if they will put one together. I have seen them pop up from time to time (Craig's list, Ebay, this site...). Good luck!
