Message: MADakota,
If you actually have 5 inches of body lift (2" spacers on top of 3" spacers?) you trully are MAD. I don't believe any state allows a body lift over 3"s...none allow stacking. Should you get into an accident and someone gets hurt, even if it's not your fault(!) you could be liable.
Now, if you mis-typed and have a suspension lift and body lift, you are probably okay. With that said, the further the tire/ wheel combo sticks out (equals less back-spacing) the more likely you will have rubbing issues at the lower rear portion of the fender when turning or stuffing a wheel when off road. I'm not positive, but I think your stock back-spacing is 5.5"s. So along with the increased tire width, you will be moving the tire edge out an additional 1.25"s with your new rims. With 5"s of lift (regardless of how you got it) and your proposed wheels I would guess you may not see too much rubbing on the street, but you may experience a bit off road.
...then again I may be corrected by a Gen III owner in the next few minutes!

Message: Otherbill is correct I have 4" suspension
and 3" body lift and 3 3/4 backspacing
and my 94 still rubbed exactly where
otherbill said it would. my tires are
32x11.5 but a gen 3 does have bigger
wheel wells. I still think you will rub with
just a body lift.

Message: You would do best by staying with something about a 4" backspacing and an 8" wide rim.
