 Subject: BIG TIRES?

I have a couple questions for someone that knows what they are talking about. One is i have a 97 2wd with 33s and need to know what gears I need to bring my speedo back to spec and still have power and fuel economy. And has anyone tried out the doetsch uppers?

No problem, Taylor, but to give you the information you want, you will need to post the original tire size, and the tire size you have now. Need complete tire size data, not just diameter.

the original tire diameter was 30 or 31 cant remember and i have no clue what the width was but the rims are 9 wide. and the new tire size is 33x12.50x15 bfgs. and the original rim size was 15 also.

Where did you get the wide aftermarket rims?
Backset work well for clearance without sticking out too much?
I've been looking for something wider than was available stock.
