Message: Those are the factory front suspension and transfer case skid plates. Took me a while to find them via a dealer.
I remember seeing a website that had them (and they were cheaper than I paid for mine). It was one of those oem mopar part places where they sold mopar parts.
I have an 02 quad cab 4x4.
One guy made a skid plate that was basically the front suspenion and transfer plate all in one piece. I may have that pdf of the details for that.

Message: Thanks for the reply, you have a nice truck Dan! I'd be interested in any info or plans you could send my way. If you still have the part number for that plate, that would be great too!

Message: No part numbers. I think i have that mopar site bookmarked somewhere that has the skid plates.
I called my local dealer who found the transfer case skid plate at another area dealer. they used some part locating service to find the front suspension skid plate at a dealer out-of-state.
The site I found later looking for other accessories listed the same 2 plates I got for about 40% less than I paid.

Message: I was able to find a diagram of the skid plates
front suspension - 82208172
transfer case - 82208173
The front suspension and transfer case skid plates overlap at the frame rail so I recommend installing them at the same time. Installation is a snap if you can crawl under the vehicle. as you can see on my cardomain page, I just jacked up the front on one side. I have a truck/suv jack (3.5T) with 24" height and 6T jack stands. You will have to drill a couple holes. I used 18V cordless drill with sears black oxide drill bit with no problems. I followed instructions and drilled pilot hole then screw hole. I used my dremel to debur after drilling. Be sure to use safety glasses!
Verify with the parts department before ordering that these fit your vehicle.
