Subject: Lift Kits IP: Logged
Message: I have a 87 dakota 3.9 v6 it has 235/75/r15 tires on it now and i was wondering if there are any suspention lift kits for it or any body lifts over 2 inches please help me out thx

Message: The age old question is posted once again,nick i got some bad news for ya,the answer is.......no and.......no. if you are 4x4,if 2x4 i dont know,ofcourse you could try "Carolina Classic Trucks" they might have a 3" body lift.

Message: bucket, thx alot i checked it out and all they make is a 2 inch body lift my buddies got a cnc machine u think i can have him make me the bushings tht are needed and just do the work myself?

Message: Absolutely !! hey if you cant find what you want....Make it yourself or have it made.Body lifts are fairly easy to install,just keep an eye on the lower radiator hose if you go up 3", lift the cab first then the bed.

Message: Bucket, just yesterday my transmission started to make a sort of scraping noise, is there a way i can tell wat it is without taking out my whole tranny, can i take off the pan or something to that extent....plz help

Message: Thats what i would do ....drop the pan and see if you got shavings in there,if it looks good then try to isolate the noise. theres guys in here like Daddio,Kowalski,boB and Larry from J&J auto that are very good at helping solve problems or steer you in the right direction,but in order to do that you gotta give em as much info as poss,and post in the v-6 forum and lets see what they say.
