Message: I remember seeing some pictures of Nerf bars that looked like they might have been welded directly to the frame and we're more then just steps but protection to the body..
Does anyone remember what I'm talking about or does everyone just think I'm crazy?
I'd really like something SOLID and just just bolted on w/ 2 bolts..

Message: I had Smittybuilts on my 99 F150 and they bolted on to the frame. Had to drill 6 holes on each side. Very solid. Had a guy run into the side of me in a parking lot, right on the bar, cruched in his entire grill, scratched the paint on my bars. The rockstopper bars from NEOhio offroad bolt to the frame as well. http://hometown.aol.com/neohioffroad/neohioffroadindex.html
