I'm trying to find a winch mount for my 96 Dakota. I have an older 4500 lb Ramsey winch that I would like to mount onto a push bar. However I cant find a winch mount at all for my 96 Dakota. All seem to be for 97+.

97 is when they changed the design.
You can try kennesaw mountain accessories, http://www.kenmtn.com/. They are located outside of atlanta georgia. They make custom bumpers.

Call and see if they can make one. They make the bumper so they have the measurements already.

I have a 94 4x4 clubcab with hydraulic winch...I used a warn brush gaurd type winch

Verd dog,
That is great that you have a winch on your rig. Nick H is asking for help in finding a manufacturer that he can purchase a mount from so he will be able to install a winch that he already owns. You will probably need to explain what a "brush gaurd type winch" is. Is 'Warn' the kind of winch you have or is that the brand of mount you used? I'm sure you are trying to help, but your post is a bit hard to decipher.

what warn winch mount do you have? just the plate that the winch mounts too?
I'm looking at buying a grill/brush guard and am really interested in the trans4mer. This will also allow me to add a winch later as it has the capability for a winch mount. It's also modular so i can buy it piece by piece as time and money allow.
I do have one question, it looks like you can't use the light bar if you have the winch installed, I need to confirm that.
