Subject: fixed my T-case IP: Logged
Message: well i finally got around to fixiing my transfer case, it had a stretched chain, new chain, bearings and seals and range shift fork, 250 for parts. it was super easy to overhaul, don't be afraid to do it if you have to just remember how stuff came apart and any spacers that were there.

Message: it took me and my dad about 4 hours once we got it out of the truck, and i bought the parts at the local tranny shop, i might of got a really good deal on those parts. make sure you got the right rebuild kit i have a 93 and i think he sold me a kit for a 96,which has synchros, mine doesn't, and the front input bearing wouldn't fit over the shaft. nothing wrong with the original so i went ahead and reused the old one. i also had 2 bearings left, which i think are for the synchros
