Have you considered the Dodge Parts Department?
Perhaps you can get one from a wrecking yard.
Maybe a custom shop can make one for you.
I know these aren't what you wanted. They're not 'online', so yer gonna have to get yerass outa yer chair.

No, there are two straps. I bought a set last spring for my 96 CC 4x4 (one is rusted out completely through) and one of these days I get around to putting them in since they're still siting in the back seat. Hey, I've been busy! I got them from a local dealer but I don't recall exactly how much. I want to say they were between $40 & $50 dollars each. One strap was a little more expensive than the other.
