Message: Go look under the beast just behind the front wheels. You'll see a round bar going from the lower control arms to a cross-member that lives under the truck at a position about even with the seats (or maybe a bit behind). At the cross-member just inboard of where they attach, you'll see a bolt going up through the piece of metal the bars attach to. The bolts go up and thread into a pivot piece. I think it's a 19mm bolt. Turn it clockwise to raise the front. Turn it counter-clockwise to lower the front. There is no lock nut or jam nut.
Works the same on either side. Look at it for a while and study the arrangement of the parts. You'll figure it out.
If you can get the front end off the ground and supported safely by the frame, it'll take much of the load off the bars and make adjusting them easier. I tweaked mine 4 turns each side and I got about an inch lift.

Message: Good advice there - raised mine close to 2". That's about the max; it hasn't caused any related problems in over 5 years.
