where the hell can i find a cheap 3" body lift to fit my 33s for my 00' 4x4? cuz i've searched everywhere and cant find any! also do i have to get new shocks too?

There is one on Caig's list for Portland Oregon
The Guy is in Vancouver Wa (just over the river from Portland) selling new PA 3" lift for $250. Search the list with "Dakota" in the auto parts section.
