Message: Has anyone ever seen or converted their gen 1 or gen 2 dakota into a straight front axle using a leaf front suspension?? Also has anyone ever done this to a 2wd chassis? The reason I ask is that I have a 92 2wd chassis just sitting here doing nothing and a spare motor trany and tranfercase out of a halfton. I dont mind making motor mounts ( probably motor plate) and tranny mounts.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
