Just wondering what hell your dakota's have been put through.... So far with my 02 i have torn off both bottom bolts for the front shocks, gone through 2 rear differential rebuilds, a Front differential rebuild, a steering rack, a u joint, cracked a aluminum wheel, rear window.... Im not saying the dakota is a crappy truck, no truck could survive me unscaved. When thinking back on the paces I have put this dakota through, it held up quite well

I have had to replace the t case and got a front hub bearing making a lil noise. Really considering It has been to the headlights in water multiple times and in mud to the tops of the tires on atleast 5 occasions I am very happy with how it has held up

I can't compare to you guys...but I've had to rebuild the tranny, and replace the rear end. I had a torsion bar problem (just needed cranking I believe), and a horrible alignment. I've also replaced the driver's side window...and that's about it. It's a 93 5.2, 4x4 ext. cab, and it's got 159,9xx miles on it. It's holding up pretty dang good.

i have had to replace ball joints, water pump, rack-in-pinion, wheel bearings, and bushings. most of that around 155k miles

my truck is 2wd so getting far back into a trail and getting stuck isn't easy, but i do take this truck through the desert at high speeds and have been very happy with how it has held up to my abuse. i would say i have close to 20secs of air time as while. and a good amount of drag time.

I've been harsh on my truck. So far just had to have the ball joints replaced. I'm surprised the engine hasn't blown up but it treats me good!
