Well i had a whining noise comming from the driver side front. Its not bad but it sounded like a low bearing whine. I replaced the driver side front wheel assembly (take off the entires wheel assembly and beat the bearing assembly with a hammer) but i still have the whining noise.
I turned the switch to 4 wheel high and now theres a clicking sorta grinding noise too. Its there after i go back to 2 wheel untill i turn the wheel then it goes away.
Im thining i busts an axel or lost some teeth.
Need some advice on past similar experiences. HELP....

It would help to describe what year and type truck you have... I had a similar problem but mine was just low on fluid and the problem was gone.

110,000 miles
As you would guess the extended warrantt was up at 100,000.
