Never seeing what your talking about ---- A relay is simply a diforant way to receive power to light the lights. What happens is you connect the post marked battery to your + battery post. L or lights goes to the lights and S or switch goes to your dash switch. This does 2 things for you both good. It puts only enough strain (nearly nothing) on your wireing system to activate the relay. The actual power to run the lights is drawen direct from the battery. In doing so, You get full battery power going the shortest distance possible to the lights so as to make them brighter then normal. Actually the best power sorce rather then the battery is dirrectly off the alternater. You can also do this with your headlights and the inprovement is nice. I got this setup in mine. You can buy the headlight harness if it's to complicated for you to make or you can buy a kit. If you make your own use quality relays and heavy wire. Mine is 12 guage.

So many problems .... So little time
