Message: I need to replace my stock driving lights (the ones in the
bumper), in my 98 Dak. I want something that is brighter
than the stock ones. I don't think Piia makes a bulb for
this application. What does anyone recommend?
Thanks.

Message: They are not driving lights, they are fog lights.
There are a couple of places to get a good replacement bulb, even the local Pep Boys. But you'll be disappointed. The major factor in lighting is the housing/reflector design. The factory parts just isn't all that good. I've seen worse, but I've also seen a lot better.
If you want something you can actually use, replace the entire lamp with something like PIAA or Hella.
