 Subject: Torsion Crank?

I am considering trying to lift my 03 CC a little by cranking the torsion bar, and adding some 2" blocks. My question is..How do you crank the torsion bars? I just got my truck last friday and am new to Dodge and have never tried anything like this before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
