The '00 quad cab shouldn't have a Dana front diff - it should be corporate 8" IFS. That was the year it changed.

Crap!
Cause the info that I used is this, http://www.drivetrain.com/noslipdodgetruck.html
The 97-00 is Dana35, and the 98-00 is a Chrysler 9.25. Is this wrong, or am I reading this wrong?
I'm asking this because some of the 00's came with 3.92's and I'm looking to swap into my 99'.

Your 99 has an IFS Dana 35 under the front.
A 2000 would have a C205mm (aka 8").

But I've seen the 2000 incorrectly listed an IFS, Dana 35 centersection on several sites including the one you listed.
example: http://4wheeloffroad.com/roadtests/3069/index2.html
http://www.powertrax.com/dodgetruckns.pdf

Also, you're rear could be 8.25". They were also used in the 4x4 trucks in 99.

Well the 8" is ALSO considered an IFS I would think??? Independant Front Suspension...

I hope so. I have gears sitting in a box for my 8" IFS in my 2003 :p
