Message: My clock spring went out a while back and its inspection time and was wondering if anybody out there has replaced one how difficult it was. Its a 03 4x4 4.7L

Message: just remember to unplug the negative terminal for 15 minutes, and also just get a puller set, and ifyou have some mechanical knowledge you can do it

Message: That's a great question cuz I messed mine up doing my body lift. I want to replace it and there is no other reason I can think that would make my Air Bag light come on....The auto shop wants 140 to install plus 50 for the part but...they also want to "check" around to see if there's another reason. Which would cost me another 70/hr...I wish I could find a way to make that kind of money. My steering wheel turned to much when my it was disconnected so I'm guessing that's how my clock spring crapped out.
