There is a suspension lift kit for the dakota between the years of 99-04 it is expensive $1695.00 for the kit. Here is the link to find it

I have though about doing it but can not justify the price just yet. First I am going to install a body lift, already did 2" block and torsion crank.

That lift you found was a Truckin Suspension Lift, don't do it. Just do a quick search on this site for that lift. Just a load of problems, not worth it.
