I called Rough Country last week and they said that the Dakota project has been scrapped!!! The guy said they are concentrating on the H3 and the new Toyota FJ Cruiser lift kits for now. He said they may still do the dakota lift, but if they do it will not be this year. I think that is crap that they would concentrate all of their efforts on a lift for the H3. 95% of them will probably never see off road action.
