Message: I lifted mine 3" and although its a v-8 and a 94 heres what i had to contend with. The 4x4 lever had to be extended about 1.5 inches, the reg shift lever was ok,i had to extend 1 brake line, and since i was going with an electric fan i didnt have to deal with trimming the lower fan shroud, and the lower radiator hose lined up good.I have shorty headers and they were in the way of my steering shaft so i re-routed my steering shaft.other than that i cant remember any other problems.

Message: Oh yeah the lift kit should include the shift extender,of course the one they sent me was a size that was too small to thread on to my shifter so i got a coupler at depot and threaded it on.got the brake line at napa.

Message: Hey
Have the 3" on my 97 4x4 CC Auto Sport. Problems to run in to:
Steering linkage- some have had problems with this fitting correctly, take your time and don't force it, make sure it fits well, have seen sloppy steering due to a bad fitting extension
Mine worked fine
Fan Shroud- must be dremeled out to clear tranny lines, then dropped 3" but kit has extensions
Brake lines- need to be taken off their holders on the frame and they stretch enough, wont need more line unless you get a suspension lift also
Headers- mine fit fine with the v6 and my v8 now, just need some finessing around the steering linkage.
Other than that it is fairly straight forward. Get gap gaurds, I used old inner tube and some plastic push in auto tabs and saved the 65$
Had mine on for 4 years and no probs also off road alot and am very satisfied. I run 33" 12.5 tires w/ no rub on black AR 767 rims.
Good luck!!!
