Message: Negative: It woun't handle corners as well, and you'll probably develop a little understeer.
Positive: Greater suspension articulation when the going gets tough.

Message: Actually, he would get more oversteer (or less understeer), because the stiffness of the rear would increase in relation to the front.
More sway bar in front and/or less in back = more understeer.
Less sway bar in front and/or more in back = more oversteer.

Message: actually i love the way it handles corners now. it pulls fatty leaners. as you can tell i went ahead and took it off. and i did notice the understeer but its sweeter this way.
