If you have a 4x4 you get the rancho since it is for a 4x4, and if you have a 2wd get the fabtech...if you searched before posting you would have found your anwser and there would have been one less post with a irelivant question in it since the lifts you were asking about are for two different applications...

no exhaust mods were required when i installed the rancho in my 02. the rancho info on that subject said that in some vehicles without Cal. emmission equip.,that minor mods are nedded.
