I dunno about ur truck cuz I have a 2000 but I can fit 31's no prob and hopefully with cranking the torsion bars I can fit 32's and I've heard the diff isn't really that big. So maybe urs can do the same... unless you've already done that.
Message: On a 95, a 31” if you use the stock rims or a rim of similar size and backspace. If you go to a wider rim or one with less backspace, you won’t be able to a 31” without rubbing. I have 15x8 rims with a 3” backspace on my 96 and I’m rubbing the fenders slightly with 235/75R15.
