Message: hey guys were puttin the lifts on next weekend and was wonderin should we do the 3" suspension all the way around and then the 3" body all the way around?

Message: Body lift 1st. I say this because you will need to jack the body to install the "lift pieces". The lower the body, the less spacers (wood blocks) you will need for the jack. By raising the body 1st you will also give yourself more room to install the susp. lift (body will be further from the frame). Just my opinion.

Message: Besides, it will be much more tedious to put the body lift on. You have to make sure the body and cab are straight and line up with each other. I have helped with a ranger and getting it perfect can be a pain in the ass. The suspension lift is all mechanical/replace parts. I always like to get the tedious crap out of the way first. You tend to let things slide at the end of a big project. Just my 2 cents
