 Subject: Body Lifts and truck Functionality

I wanted to open a discussion about body lifts. I recently put a 3 inch ranch suss lift on my truck and my 33's rub a bit on the front bumper under actuation. They also rub on the inner wheel well.
Can I add a body lift 2 or 3 inch to alliviate any of the problems?
How do body lifts effect hauling and towing capacity?
i have heard that with a body lift you can not put anything heavy in the bed but you can still tow.
