I'm going to go pick up my new Quadcab 4.7l 4x4 tomorrow.. I'm ready NOW to get it in the mud but there isn't anyone w/ a 4x4 that I know around here. Are there any clubs? Would u guys suggest doing anything before taking that truck into mud tires/lift. I've already learned not to go 4x4ing w/ a 4x2 my friend got stuck long before I did last time.. he got out .. but we snapped my 10,000 lb. Tow rope trying to get me out.. took a 15,000 lb. winch & a Flat bed wrecker to get me out. I don't have any disire to do that again.. So I'm hoping to find a group who's willing to work with a new driver & truck. I learn fast and don't care if I get stuck.. just care to not flip a brand new truck (I think that's what Jeeps and S10's are for anyway). Any help would be VERY apriciated.
