I have a dana 60 and 44 from a 78 ford fullsize, and when I switch them do I have to make a custom driveshaft for the rear, or will the u joints match up?

I kind of went thru this when i did my solid axle conversion. I would go to a local Dana Spicer dealer like "fleet pride" bring along with u a bearing cup from one u-joint and one from the other and ask them for a conversion joint. They do exist.
