Bolton's. Intake, I personally like the 360 intake $200 9hp . Exhaust, cat back exhaust Gibson $350 5hp. 180 degree thermo $10 2 Hp. Jet chip $250 (if you look) 10 to 15 hp.
In regards to the lift you are SOL unless you go with AIM which has a bit of a bad rep on this website. Or a body lift.

Reprogram the computer. Superchips or Hypertech, both seem to be pretty goo. Cost is <$300; total time - including opening the box and reading the instructions - <20min. Gain is 12-15 ft/lbs. You won't find cheaper/easier power than that anywhere.
