i have been looking at a winch bumper for some time now. i just recenty found out about this company and called up. they answered all of my questions and it turns out they are within a 2 hour drive from me. i am thinking i am going to do this with my tax return. no shipping fee and i believe he quoted me around 650 for the bumper. sounds good to me. then i will just drive down and pick it up.

Thanks guys (or gals). Pls keep me posted as to how it looks and works. I to am in the market for a bumper with a winch mount. I'm leaning toward the Hanson bumper made here in CA but I'd like to here about any alternatives that may be out there. The Hanson looks great, I've seen them but their about 3 times the cost Scott was quoted for the Tough Country.

hope i didnt give you the wrong idea as the 650 was only for the basic bumper. an addition charge would be added for the winch mounting points. just wanted to clarify and if i do end up doing this be sure i will post many pictures and do a full write up

I recently bought a tough country bumper and its great. i got the optional 2 inch reciver and euro bar, but with shipping to PA it cost about $950. Expensive but still less then the Hanson and in my opinion cooler. The Hanson is becoming to trendy. i will try to post a pic soon. Post your e-mail address and that will make it easier

Just FYI y'all. After checking out the winch bumpers available for my 00 QC, which isn't many, I went with a Warn Trans4mer and a Warn 9.5ti winch. I thought it was the best value for the $$ and I wanted to keep some what of a stock appearance to the truck but still be functional and I think the Trans4mer does that. Thats just my 2 cents.

Hey while snooping around on Dodgetalk.com board i ran across this thread. This company and its bumpers..BOTH front and rear customs look VERY promising. Kind of exactly what id been picturing in my head and couldnt find i think, and very reasonably priced. Check it out.
