I THINK IT SHOULD FIT AS FAR AS THE BEDS BEING THE SAME SIZE CUZ I USED TO HAVE A 92 DAKOTA AND I TRADED IT IN FOR A 97 DAKOTA AND THE TONNEOU COVER ON THE 92 FIT PERFECT ON THE 97 BUT IM NOT SURE AS FAR AS THE WHEEL WELL LOCATIONS FOR THE DOWN TUBES ON THE ROLLBAR

i think the entire thing is somehow attached to the bedrails, not sure but if that is the case it would be great. That is if we are all talking about the ones that i guess were an option for those Daks
