Message: Gap guards are the rubber like pieces you can get to fill in the gaps that are formed in the wheel wells when the stock plastic is lifted up the 3 inches with the body (it hides the enging part that is showing in front and the space you can see through in the rear). As far as tires go, you will have to give these guys more info about your truck (i.e. 4x4? v6 or v8?)I put a 3 inch lift on my v8 4x4 and 32x11.5 mud tires on the stock rims. here is a link to a pic if you want to check it out http://home.twcny.rr.com/artgallery/vehicle%20art/PDR_0007.JPG
i went with 32's because the general concensus was that 33's would rob too much power from the transmission with my stock 3.55 gearing.

Message: You will be able to put whatever you want in the bed and as far as towing goes get a nice reciever style hitch and tow away. Iv'e got a nice reciever from putnam and still fit a 33x12.5 spare in the stock hole under the bed. It's tight but fit's.

Message: as far as the heavy loads in the bed, the PA body lift comes with some suppurt pieces that can be welded under the bed after it is lifted, Since before it rested on the frame. I haven't put them on mine yet but i like to haul my snowmobile around and i am not sure how well the bed will hold with just the lift spacers supporting it. Probably a good idea to add them anyway. And as far as towing, Eric is right about the receiver style hitch. A body lift has no effect on that style towing package. Still not sure about fitting those 33's with a 3 inch lift on a 2wd. Prob need a lot of trimming or a couple more inches of lift.

Message: Thanks about the paint...it is actually a dark green, but a lot of people think its black, especially when it is clean. You can get the gap guards where ever you get a Performance Accessories Lift kit. (JC Whitney for example). And with the 33's you might want rims with lower backspacing to bring the tires out more so they don't rub the frame so much. I am pretty sure this would require some extensive fender trimming.
