With a stock 01 4x4 4.7l v8 reg cab kota how big and wide can I get with tires and rims?

from what ive read you should be fine with a 31, probably 10.5 or 11.5" would be fine. i would assume 12.5 will rub. i havent done this yet, just passing along what i have gathered from other post, hopefully more will chime in and let you know more details

my 97 4x4 came with 31x10.5 stock. I put in a 3 inch body lift and went up to 32x11.5 mud terrain tires. these would probably fit without the lift, but regardless, there is no noticeable rubbing on the frame and only a slight loss in power that i can only see when going up long hills (because of the bigger tires). If you have anymore questions, i would love to help. This forum has been extreamly helpful to me.

I put LT265/75R16 on stock rims on my stock '01 Quadcab 4x4 with the 4.7L engine.
They are 31.63 X 10.43 (32 x 10.5) no rubbing no problems at all.

I appreciate the help.
I think I'm going to stay with the stock rims and see what happens. I'm just worried about turning the wheel for a tight turn. It already looks like I have less than a 1inch between the tire and the fender flare.

If your still interested. i put 33/12.50 on stock 15/8 rims. bars cranked about 2in and 1.5in add-a-leaf in back. front rubs on the frame at full lock. but i love them. 33/12.50 truxus mt's had to trim also on the front well and lower air dam. if you want i can send you some pictures.

I have a 01 Dak 4X4 ClubCab with stock rims. I had 31 10.50's
no rubbing. I wanted to know if anyone know if 32 11.50's will
rub if I crank the t-bars in front?
