Subject: Where to go 4X4ing in WA state? IP: Logged
Message: Hello everyone,
I was hoping one of you fine gentleman might be able to tell me where I could go off roading in WA state. I live in Seattle and places within day trip range would be ideal but I would love to know about others as well!
I'm driving a '01 QC 4X4 4.7l that is stock so I certainly don't want anything too nasty, I just want to go have some fun, throw up some dust/dirt/mud, bounce around some, fly down some forest service roads or somesuch and come home with a dirty truck!
Any suggestions?
Jason

Message: Check out Port Orchard, I've been told they have a 4X4 park with marked trails. I like to go to the beach and play in the sand, or sneak off road around Poulsbo or Kingston area.
Have Fun

Message: There is a descent place to go in Tahuya state park over by Port Orchard. Also a better place that is closer to seattle is Righter pit it is about a half hour east of Everett on Highway 2 just past Gold bar. I have taken my 04 dakota out there a couple of times.
