I have a 04 4x4 i want to change gears to 3:91, i know i have a 9.25 rearend but what would the front be and how can i find out? dodge says its a code djds front 205mm is it a dana 35? i would really appreciate the info. thanks.

your front diff is a corporate 8 inch. you can get the gears you want from the dealer, or if you want bigger, do a search on this website for "gears". i had posted a website that sells gears up to 4.56's for our trucks (same axle as the Ram 1500) hope that helps ya.
