i got a 87 4x4 v6 and a old 79 power wagon and wanted to know if u could fab up the stright axle up to the dakota.

I have an old ramcharger and its differential is on the passenger side (like chevy) unlike the newer dodges. I think only the ford style axles will work, unless you rotated or changed out your transfer case.
